Noivion Coating s.r.o. is implementing the project “Control device for industrial deposition system control.” (registration number: CZ.01.01.01/05/24_043/0007947).
Project objective:
The aim of the project is to develop, test and produce a prototype device for electronic triggering of electric discharges of 1500V with repetition frequency up to 500Hz in a deposition system with IJD technology.
This project is co-financed by the European Union under the Operational Programme Technology and Application for Competitiveness (OP TAK).
