We are honored that the Proof of Concept selection committee – Call III. – VK No. 3, supported our project “Industrial coating system for nanofilms deposition – technology validation under operating conditions” and approved its budget of CZK 20,527,704.00, of which CZK 12,938,997.60 is a subsidy.
Our goal, in cooperation with ČVUT FJFI, is to upgrade our prototype of industrial IJD system for nanocating with:
A. online measurement of the thickness of the deposited layer,
B. plasma cleaning of the substrate in the chamber.
We also want to work on an ergonomic GUI for operators and, above all, build a digital twin of the system for virtual parameter tuning, predictive maintenance, and quick production reconfiguration.
